[Powers]

Chloe possesses the ability to enter a person's subconscious through what is known as dreamwalking. She must be within a relatively close distance to the person in order to use her power, but once in their subconscious, she can recall memories and influence surroundings. Dreamwalkers were historically the Witch Queen's deadliest assassins, because if one dies in their subconscious, they die in real life.

Chloe follows the rule of never using magic on humans. There are circumstances in which she will bend this rule.
